Cursed by Fire has been out for almost a month now and I am thrilled with where it is going. Yesterday I decided to take the plunge and finally look at my book on Amazon and I was overjoyed with what I found.

While I’m not killing it, I’m doing pretty darn good for a no name, self published author in a saturated genre. On top of that, some of the reviews are just phenomenal. I’m so glad to see that so many are enjoying my book. It makes this entire process so worth it. Some of my favorites come from,
Maghon @ Happy Tails who said, “What a great way to start a new series! It’s kind of dystopian, and urban fantasy, and cool all rolled into one”
Musings & Ramblings said, “I have admitted before that I am a sucker for a good cover. Add that to an interesting blurb in one of my favorite genres and I am all over a book. It wasn’t until I started putting together this post that I realized the book was self-published. That’s right, totally didn’t catch it. The editing was that tight.”
RocketOphelia said, “I’m more than ready for the next book!! This was a nice new paranormal world to be in – it still had its familiars, but having the Psykers was definitely something new and not an idea I’ve really seen much of.”
J. Faltys “Joder” said, “As the first book in a new paranormal series the groundwork is laid for what promises to be an action-packed, fast-paced series of books with a world on the verge of war propelled by lots of secrets and a strong-willed heroine.”
R. Sherman sad, “I really liked this. It does a great job of including social issues, romance, murder/mystery, and a world in shift. It is nice to see a heroine going thru personal growth. It doesn’t get bogged down with over done descriptive wording.”
These absolutely made my day. If you’ve read Cursed by Fire and left a review, Thank You. I love hearing your comments, they truly do mean the world to me. Since I keep getting emails asking me, I thought I’d let you know that Kissed by Fire was originally slated for January 2016 publication but I am working double time to get this completed sooner and *fingers-crossed* we will have an October 2015 release date. Assuming all goes as planned.
